Examples of Micro Automations

Micro Automations

A new breed of automations, with or without AI

Here you can find some automations many companies use on a daily basis. You can try some out with your own data to get a ‘feel’ for the concept. These are just illustrations, we tailor everything to your needs and wishes.

What these illustrations demonstrate

Save time on (repetitive) tasks without sacrificing productivity and output

The examples are specifically set up to show some of the advantages of our unique approach to micro automations for your business.

  • The Agentic AI take: Excels at processing unstructured human text formats and using inferred meaning to push the process forward with minimal or no human dependability.
  • The Low Code Integration backend: handles connections to various systems in a straightforward performant and easy to maintain way, making sure your automations can 'talk' to whichever data source, platform or system is needed to get the job done.
  • Agentic AI 'support functions' with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation): Similar to the former, however specifically trained on your data, knowledge base, and documentation to assist employees and clients for typical repetitive enquiries. Able to spot buy signals, and transfer or notify available staff to step in and take over at opportune moments.

Harness AI safely and productively

The Agentic AI in these apps is implemented quite uniquely, ensuring your data and details are safe. Always.

In our backend the AI is locked in it's own sandbox, with absolutely no access to anything, except for the data that's being fed into it's sandbox. So no matter what prompts users try to use to confuse or jailbreak it. Even if they managed, the AI wouldn't be able anyway. It has no access to keys, system resources, etc.

Integrate data from multiple platforms within a process and send to wherever it's needed

"If only workflows on your CRM would automatically update the billing system…, (or some other systems). Sounds familiar?

The way these micro automations are designed to save you time is by crossing system boundaries and executing across the various silo's in your landscape. Delivering on the promise, not being bound by any single platform, database or environment.
